Arielle Ratner
Jewelry designer Arielle Ratner built her business on bespoke, made-to-order pieces—each one deeply personal and highly considered. But as demand grew, so did the limitations of a fully custom model, where scale was constrained by time and process.
In 2023, she introduced The Engagement Series: a ready-to-wear bridal collection designed to extend her aesthetic into a more scalable, product-driven offering. Ratner chose Command+N Creative to design all visual touchpoints for the launch of this new collection. The scope included a separate landing page on her site, press kit, and product catalog.
The success of The Engagement Series marked a turning point in Ratner’s business. What began as a new offering quickly gained traction, signaling a shift in how clients wanted to shop her work. And with that shift came a larger need: her website and brand experience—originally built to support a custom, consultation-based model—no longer reflected the way the business was evolving.
Command+N Creative led a full redesign of Ratner’s website and supporting brand materials, creating a cohesive, scalable system. The digital experience was rebuilt on Shopify to support a more product-driven model, with a complete overhaul of UX, layout, and visual direction. We also developed all website copy, including collection narratives and individual product descriptions, bringing clarity and consistency to how the work is presented.
This system extended beyond the website into a broader brand ecosystem. We introduced a secondary logo to complement the existing logotype, alongside product line sheets, catalog layouts, event invitations, and newly designed packaging.
